  Q: How long does Pre-Order take?

A: Pre-order time frame varies. Check the product description for expected time of dispatch and delivery. Products are received from the manufacturer and then we begin shipment of your merch! This process can take up to 4 weeks depending on the manufacturer, season (they are busier at certain times during the year), characteristics of design, etc. There is also always the possibility for manufacturer error, which will add additional wait time. Any delays will be announced immediately on IG & Twitter.
